Responsibilities:- Make cold calls or reaching out to prospects
- Bring new business opportunities, planning that meet Uglee standards in terms of location, pricing, quality, delivery, etc
- Oversee to ensure the company’s products/services are delivered on time, on budget and up to the client’s standards
- Communicate with clients and gathering information about a contract’s scope, budgets delivering timelines, and any support of service
- Provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
- Follow up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
- Present and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
- Following up invoice, payment and debt to make sure they are in-time- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
- Handling complaints and negotiations
- Working with other teams to deliver products and services

Opportunity to revise contract after probation
